The Real Bio…
I experienced trauma. I lost loved ones. I struggled with limiting beliefs. I’ve been through many challenges, yet each of them propelled me forward and enabled me to develop deep empathy, wisdom and compassion.
I experienced fear and self-doubt. Fear of failure, fear of rejection. Doubt that I am good enough. But at some point, the eagerness to expand my being and transcend my limiting beliefs was stronger than any old programming that held me back.
So, I reclaimed the steering wheel of my own journey, holding onto the only thing I knew for sure: whatever happens, I will be okay. If I fail, I start over. If I lose, I get stronger. If I die, I lived like a warrior. This gave me freedom. So, I started to loosen the grip on tomorrow and anchor myself in the now; because now I trust deeply in my ability to rise. And I am confident I can help you rise as well. If there’s one thing you can be sure of, then this is it: I root for you!
